PATIENT RECORDS are dealt with in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and disclosure to a third party will only be made with the written consent of the patient or their parent or guardian in the case of children under the age of 16.

In line with the GDPR a new data privacy law has been introduces in the UK.  As a result The Strand Medical Centre has introduced a new privacy notice.
