Park Run
We are a Park Run Practice!
If you want to get active, have fun and socialise with like-minded people whilst getting fit you should try Park Run. Held every Saturday morning at 9am it is a 5km stretch which you can run or walk and it is a great family activity too!
It is free, suitable for all ages and abilities and you can sign up via the website link here: https://www.parkrun.org.uk/
